I will return
I will come back
When leaves are turning golden
When heavy clouds shed never ending tears
I will return
When we will all be older
And frosty winds are threateningly near
I will be back
When tabletops are breaking
From heaviness of fruit, we worked for so hard
I will return
to meet you halfway to the sunset
To stay in touch, to be on guard

That’s for sure, I always come back. I wrote these verses about 5 years ago, but it’s a suitable moment, and I decided to publish them. While this year hasn’t brought much pleasure, I am better now, and, therefore, doing a few things which I still assume as being important for me.
The attraction of WordPress for me was always the ability to interact with other bloggers and people, who appreciate what one writes, paints, has discovered and deems meaningful enough to present their fruit of creation to others. It seems, at least from my art website, I won’t see what other bloggers post because there was no Reader. I see the eyeglasses which indicate the Reader only on this blog. It might work, and it might not.

Anyway, the weather is telling us that fall storms and chilly winds will take over here soon. Leaves are falling already, I must admit, that’s early for Ontario. We haven’t had any bright colors yet, and I suppose, that’s still ahead. I am quite happy to be back and sharing my thoughts again. I certainly posted on my art website also, and you get there from the sidebar of this blog where I list the most recent posts.
I hope we will stay in touch!
Hi dear Inese , lovely to see your harvest, and a beautiful poem too.
Each season holds its own particular magic.
I’ve been a bit hit and miss in WP lately so may have missed your art updates.
Summer, along with enjoying the garden and just taking time out from the Internet to complete some of my crafts has taken more time.
Sending you much love and so happy your post popped into my notification bell alert, as I opened The phone on WP.
Sending huge hugs 💕💕🤗💕💕🤗

Thanks very much Sue!
I like this time and weather we are having right now since I so much wanted to be outdoors, but spent all summer, literally, in bed. I was so envious seeing everybody who can walk. I still have problems, but trying to get better.
Good for you, you didn’t use devices and internet and rather engaged in crafts and garden.
The photos are from previous years because I hadn’t been in my garden for 3 months, so all went wild and did whatever it could.
Thanks for love, and the same to you!

I’m so glad to see you are back, my sweet friend. I’m sorry you have had so many health problems.
I’ve spent a lot of time in and out of the hospitals and seeing specialist the last six months to a year. I was out of touch quite a bit.
Hugs and blessings~

Unfortunately, we sometimes have to just treat ourselves. My problems were the injuries, but I am trying to get back to walking without pain which doesn’t happen just yet.
We do whatever we can. Just like you, I was also out of touch because I couldn’t do anything. So glad I can go outdoors now. Lots of things to do, but that’ll take time and energy.
Wishing you all the best and successful treatments, whatever helps!

Praying for you to feel better soon and comfortable with all you need to do.

I suppose that’s what we al want – to feel good enough in order to accomplish whatever we have intended.
Feeling energetic and well is hard work, it takes every single day and every moment. I am simply a bit lost because there are so many things which require to be done. However, it’s good to be busy, and it’s so fantastic not be tied to bed.
I wish you also feeling good enough for everything you love!

I believe that to be true.
It is hard work, sometime more than I can exert. However, it is important to stay productive regardless of how insignificant it seems.
Thank you!

Certainly so. I am still trying to catch up with everything, not necessarily online, but mostly with house and garden, and yard. So much work! It’s so good to walk again, though!
I hope you are as good as you can be and even better! All the best to you!

Thank you so much, Inese! I pray the same for you.
I’m so glad you are able to walk again!!
I still have a ton of stuff to catch up from my last lengthy hospital stay in March and April. Plus we have a lot of relatives coming into town in a just over a week (some from as far away as Canada). I’m looking forward to the visits but gathering up extra beds, chairs etc. . .Whew!
Blessings, my friend~

That’s fantastic! So, you’re keeping yourself very busy. These are nice chores because nothing beats getting together with people who you love and haven’t seen for a long time.
Well, I wish my relatives would some day just stop by. However, they are across the ocean, cannot blame them for not visiting.
I hope the gatherings go well and you enjoy a lot!

Thank you, Inese.
I try to stay busy, it’s not always easy, though.
I wish your relatives could just stop by, too, Inese. It’s hard when there is an ocean btween you!
You are right about visits that you haven’t been able to have in a long time. All my relatives are scattered all over the place, mostly US and Canada, but still hard to visit.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Blessings~

No, it’s not easy to do many things when health demands more attention and limits the range of normal things which one is capable of doing.
Certainly, I’m longing to see my relatives in the real life at some point.
Take it easy, and do only what doesn’t hurt you. There are always some helpful hands we can ask to assist.
I’m enjoying the gorgeous weather at the moment.
All the best to you!

It’s good you are not getting direct hits from this storm. I saw on TV, it’s horrible.
I hope your weekend runs smoothly. All the best to you!

I’m glad you are feeling better, Inese. How wonderful that you paint not only with colors, but also with words. You are multi-talented!

Thanks Tanja!
I agree, everything I see is sort of related to visual experiences. Multi-talented is great, but it’s better nowadays to focus on one thing. Which I won’t do because when we reach some certain age we realize that there won’t be another chance to try whatever we want to achieve, and so, yes, we probably have to do anything which makes us better.
All the best to you!
